Metabolic Freedom can be pursued as a standalone option for those implementing lifestyle changes independently, or as a powerful next step after completing one of our foundational FREEDOM programs.

Hormonal Freedom Packages
Our Hormonal Freedom packages are designed to address the root causes of hormone imbalance with a personalized, whole-body approach. Whether you’re navigating perimenopause, menopause, thyroid dysfunction, adrenal stress, or symptoms like fatigue, mood shifts, weight changes, or low libido, we look beyond surface labs to understand how your hormones are interacting with metabolism, stress, sleep, and nutrition.
These programs may include targeted supplementation and, when appropriate, bioidentical hormone therapy as supportive tools—always guided carefully and intentionally. Hormonal Freedom can be pursued as a standalone program or built upon the strong foundation established in one of our FREEDOM foundational packages for even deeper, longer-lasting results.

This SIX-MONTH program allows you to spend time rebalancing and reinventing the body you were meant to have. This program includes our foundational components with an added intentional hormonal balance initiative. This program includes:

- 1 20-minute summary visit to detemrine next-steps at the end of your program
- Customized support plan & protocols to reach your goals which may include lifestyle support, nutrition recommendations, supplements, and more

Since more time is required to effectively adjust and address hormonal patterns, shorter programs are not offered. For focus on a specific issue, consider our LITE program, or schedule a discovery call to build a custom plan.
*Usually, this covers all indicated treatment, however if additional treatment is indicated, we will provide it at cost.
Hormone LITE Membership Program
This program is designed for those who already have the foundations in place, and need targeted hormonal support, or for those who have completed the Freedom course and want ongoing medication support. This is an ala-carte style offering, more like a traditional clinic.
Initial Visit: $150 (waived if transitioning from any Freedom Program)
Labs: Variable. Labs will be invoiced at time of ordering and will be specific to the client needs. There is no one-size-fits all.
Monthly Membership: $150-350/month. Monthly cost is tiered depending on included medications.
This program (intake, labs, monthly membership) includes:
- a comprehensive intake assessment & lab review to identify needed support
- Lab orders (additional cost)
- Monthly check in via electronic form or video visit
- 1 hour/month text/messaging/app support in case of need for intermediary changes
- Medication (depending on membership tier)
Excludes: new/added medications without revisiting tier & membership plan.
